Chronic asymptomatic scaling rash usually on the trunk
Caused by Pityrosporum Ovale yeast
Most often affects young adults
Predisposing factors :
oHigh humidity
oIncreased sebum production
Well demarcated scaly rash which can either be hyper or hypo-pigmented
